Personnal data

– The consultation of the site is possible without the Internet user having to reveal his identity or any other personal information concerning him (concerning the cookies, see below).
WuDo commits itself to respect any regulation as regards data protection which could be applicable to the site and in particular (i) the Directive n°95/46 relating to the protection of the natural persons with regard to the treatment of the personal data and to the free circulation of these data (EU Directive on the Data Protection), (ii) the European Regulation n°2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data as of its date of application and its supplements in national law, and (iii) any regulation relating to the processing of Personal Data.
WuDo SAS applies technical and organizational security measures to protect the Personal Data managed by it against any modification, loss, destruction or use by unauthorized persons. The implemented security measures are subject to permanent improvement and take into account the evolution of technologies. WuDo SAS also obliges its IT subcontractors, who process personal data in connection with the site, to a level of security at least equal or similar to that applied by WuDo SAS. Moreover, the site is exclusively hosted in data centers located in Europe.
– In order to provide you with the best possible service, we may ask you to provide us with personal information (“personal information” or “personal information”).

Personal information that we may collect is information that personally identifies you, such as, for example

All the accesses which are given to the subcontractors of WuDo SAS answer the requirements of the regulation relating to the respect of the personal data, of which the RGPD (General European Regulation on the protection of the personal data n°2016-679 of April 27, 2016).

If, during consultation of the site, the Internet user accesses personal data, he or she must refrain from any collection, any unauthorized use and any act that could constitute an attack on the private life or reputation of persons. WuDo SAS declines any responsibility in this respect.

Retention period

Within the framework of the services that we propose, we have to store your data, as explained above.
Within this framework, the said data are preserved for a duration of 1 year. At the end of this period, your data will be irretrievably deleted.
The French law imposing to keep the identification data of the persons at the origin of the publication of contents (IP address, date and hour of connection, consulted pages, etc.), we will keep in any case your data during one year in application of these requirements.

Modalities and exercise of rights

In accordance with the French law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as well as any subsequent regulation relating to the processing of personal data, the site is subject to a register of personal data processing.
